We aim to save you time and money that you spend on the interview and selection process. Many other agencies will give little or no time to the candidates they put forward prior to the interview. We spend a lot of our time in briefing the candidate as much as possible about your company and about the role they are being put forward for. Ultimately this saves you time and allows your actual interview with the candidate to be more in depth and to the point in the amount of time you have allocated to the actual interview. We also make sure you don't waste time by interviewing unsuitable candidates.

Most agencies will only pre-reference candidates who are applying for temporary positions - wherever possible, we try and pre-reference all of our candidates whether temp or perm beforehand. This ultimately saves you time in making the right choices and finding that the references will back this up.
