expand their sales team. The company consider their
employees their most valuable asset. They hire quality
individuals and provide them with complete training
and pleasant working environment in which to grow
professionally.
Offering £18,000 to £20,000 with an uncapped commission
structure and a realistic £30,000 for the first year.
Reporting to the Sales Manger - Core Commercial
Main
Function - To achieve the sales targets and profit
objectives set by the company
Principle Responsibilities
Sales Performance

* Promote the company and products/services

* Accurately record and process related documents
and records

* Exercise commercial judgement and market knowledge
in line with the company's requirements to determine
the level of gross margin

* To achieve sales targets and profit objectives
as set by the company Planning and organisation
To optimise the time available by effective planning
of:
- *
Territory planning and time management skills
-
* To maintain up to date records and information
systems, covering in detail all clients an prospects
and the status of current negotiations

* To maintain a records system of contacts and business
obtained

* To maintain up to date literature, sales aids
and price lists
-
* To complete and return the paperwork required
by the company, including expense sheets, Quotation
Requests, Call Plans and Sales Consultant Report
Forms

* To ensure car is properly serviced and maintained
in line with company procedure Selling skills

* To understand and practice good all round sales
skills including questioning, open and closed, objection
handling

* Business generation on both new and from existing
customers
Candidates must have excellent written an verbal skills,
previous sales experience and be self motivated
