RECRUITMENT HUNTERS : HUNTING FOR THE RIGHT JOB

Due to an internal promotion, we now have a vacancy for a Project Team Administrator to work within the existing team. The Project Team Administrator has excellent working relationships with other representatives in the organisation it is this teamwork that makes the role a success.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • · Drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • · Manage a diverse and complex scope of support issues, proactively working to ensure customer has the very best impressions of the organisation.
  • · Continually search for ways to improve the way we do business.
  • · Proactively provide highest levels of customer service to customers & colleagues.
  • · Take ownership of all incoming enquires and see to completion.
  • · Become familiar with the the Quality Product range and be able to offer solutions to our customers.
  • · Become a Champion for our customers, to use influence within the firm to ensure that the customer's needs are always actively addressed.
  • · Develop sound business relationships with our customers based on integrity and respect.
  • · Ensure that all potential exposures are escalated immediately
  • · Ensure that all Project invoices are raised within 48 hours of goods shipping to site
  • · Inform the finance team of any outstanding Project costs to be accrued
  • · Assume responsibility for all project order processes.
  • · Liaise with Project Managers.
  • · Develop and maintain a margin analysis procedure.
  • · Develop and maintain Project status reporting methods
  • · Project order invoicing, control.
  • · Improve documentation package supplied on project orders

PRE-REQUISITE SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • · Experience of working with Customers

  • · MS Office/MS Project/MS FrontPage
  • · Basic Project Management Skills
