RECRUITMENT HUNTERS : HUNTING FOR THE RIGHT JOB

Our internationally renowned client is looking to recruit a unique Frech Customer Support Executive to join an exciting department.

The firm is based in Slough but may be re-locating to Denham/Harefield before Christmas 2006 (Not confirmed).

Position.......... Working within a small team, this role requires extensive day-to-day management and support for our customers in the UK and across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

You will be responsible for processing purchase orders, liaising with our distribution centre abroad and head office to ensure stock is available and product is shipped to customers in a timely fashion.

You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service interface and are the main focal point for problem solving, shipping, invoicing and any ad hoc projects. You will also be supporting the activities of the sales account managers in the UK and across Europe.

Job Description

• Liaise with our customer base, providing first point of contact for processing all orders, enquiries and quotations.

• Responsible for resolving all presales enquiries by end users.

• Provide full support for the sales account managers in the UK and Europe.

• Liaise with our distribution centre to ensure smooth transition of all processed and despatched orders.

• Obtain and maintain forecast and stock information from dealers and distributors.

• Maintain the customer database for product and sales analysis.

• Monitor and report daily stock levels against orders.

• Provide status reports for stock levels and customer orders to the sales team.

• Responsible for ordering, shipping and maintaining stock of product literature.

Requirements:

• Customer oriented with a minimum 2 year experience in similar role.

• Pro-active, organised, self starter who needs minimal supervision.

• Able to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base at all levels.

• Some technology interest or knowledge highly desirable.

• Fluency in French or German would be preferable, both would be excellent but not essential.

• Fluency in other European languages would be an asset but not essential.
