They have enjoyed international success with stores
in the UK, US, Europe and Far East
Working
within a team of 16 people and being directly responsible
for six of them. Oversee the Direct Sales team to
ensure that all relevant targets are achieved and
that Company standards are reflected at all times
Principal
Responsibilities

* Achieve agreed sales targets

* Manage the workflow of the Direct Sales Team
-
* Respond to customer feedback and act accordingly
and ensure that customer service standards are maintained
- *
Promote the brand through excellence and consistency
of customer service
- *
Adhere at all times to company policies and operating
procedures
MAIN
TASKS:
- *
Manage the Direct Sales Advisors ensuring they are
processing and fulfilling all orders promptly, accurately
and professionally.
- *
Ensure any customer complaints or queries are handled
swiftly and professionally, and within company guidelines.

* Review outstanding orders on a weekly basis.

* Develop initiatives and strategies for maximising
sales and reducing costs * Regular financial reporting
of sales results by channel

* Maintain the Mail Order cash book and ensure deposits
are made weekly to the Mail Order bank account.

* Manage the authorisation and issuing of gift vouchers
and refund cheques.
-
* Ensure that the takings and dispatches balance
on a daily basis.

* Ensure all staff are aware and take action to
minimise bad debt.

* Ensure all charge-backs are completed and returned
within the time frame specified by Finance.

Supervise the issuing of Gift Vouchers and refund
cheques.

* Continually assess, train and develop the team.

* Ensure Mail Order procedures are established in
line with Company requirements and adhered to at
all times. Review and update as necessary.

* Undertake ad-hoc projects deemed appropriate by
your Manager.
Looking for strong candidates who can negotiate, planning,
organising, able to work to targets with lots of ability
and drive
Ideally
candidates will have management experience within
the retail sector or a sales background with a proven
track record, set up and run a retail store who are
now looking to get into the office environment.
