company is currently based in Harrow however next
month AUGUST they are re-locating to Stoke Poges.
CUSTOMER
ACCOUNT MANAGER £18-£20k Basic (DOE)
Bonus of up to 22.5% (KPI's)
6
Month Maternity contract with the option of going
permanent or moving departments.

Key
Accountabilities:
- Sales
and Performance Management
- To
work with all targeted Introducer opportunities
via the telephone for both existing and some new
within the specified area which have a significant
volume potential in order to maximise your business
potential.
- To
develop and implement annual plans and budgets via
the telephone for the targeted Introducers in line
with overall business budgets and plans in order
to manage your time and resources effectively.

This is to be reviewed and developed in conjunction
with the Introducer and field sales manager in order
to compliment the external sales service delivery.
- To
ensure achievement of volume and profitability targets
on a monthly and quarterly basis through implementation
of self generated sales development programmes and
initiatives.
- To
ensure all plans for targeted accounts are properly
communicated and reviewed within the relevant Customer
Service Centre. This to be achieved through ongoing
contact and the use of weekly or monthly meetings
involving internally and externally based sales
staff.
- To
plan and implement effective KPI measures in order
to understand what necessary activity is required
to drive performance.
- To
agree and implement weekly, monthly and quarterly
call plans, for all nominated accounts in area.
- To
ensure a hands on approach to the service delivery
through the development of relationships with all
key customers in the region.

The
purpose of these relationships are to ensure smooth
and clear interdepartmental communications in order
to facilitate either a transaction or initiative through
to successful activation and fulfilment.
This
is to ensure the customer experience is fully satisfied.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Experience:
(Type
and length of technical and/or business experience/track
record needed – specify whether essential or preferable)
Essential:
It
is essential for the individual to have 18 months
either internal or external customer facing sales
experience.
It is also necessary to have a proven and successful
ability to mange a portfolio of clients.
Preferable:
Experience of selling different asset types in either
consumer or business finance. Experience of working
with low value and high numbers of transactions through
intermediaries.
Qualifications and Training:
Preferable:
Educated
to GCSE standards in Maths and English.
Computer
literate.
