Telemarketing
Executive
The
Opportunity:
Due
to our continued success, we are looking for a telemarketing
executive to join our company, based in High Wycombe
town centre. This is a new role arising from the generation
of additional clients and offers an exciting opportunity
for an enthusiastic telesales executive, either with
previous experience or with the right core skills
and a willingness to learn.
You will be required to generate leads and create
appointments for a variety of clients, many in the
accountancy and legal sector, targeting primarily
directors and other senior executives from SMEs and
other niche sectors such as charities and larger employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- •
Generate qualified sales leads and appointments
- Identify and telemarket potential leads from established
marketing databases; maintain relationships with
prospects, gathering key information to assist in
the sales process; ensure all lead generation activities
are tracked on the database.

• Follow up marketing campaigns to identify new
leads - Follow up campaigns such as mailings and
events in order to generate leads; ensure all leads
are logged and tracked on the database; allocate
leads to appropriate people and in a timely manner;
ensure ongoing maintenance of leads generated through
regular client contact.

• Monitor and report on telemarketing activity -
Produce daily activity reports; ensure targets identified
are being achieved (quantity and quality of calls);
proactively use initiative to ensure that personal
and team targets are met.

Previous experience in business-to-business telemarketing
or sufficient maturity and commercial exposure to
acquire the necessary skills quickly.

Confident when speaking with senior decision makers.

Good PC skills and an understanding of technology.
