Job
Title: National Support Coordinator
Purpose of Role: To produce off system & bespoke invoices
and operating reporting.
Key Tasks:
Invoicing & Reporting
Finance
Administration
Duties
- Invoicing
& Reporting:
- •
To produce bespoke, client specific invoices for
major clients as agreed and to agreed timetables.
- •
To ensure all off system transactions are accurately
reported on the systems and rebates are refunded
as agreed and are accounted for correctly.
Finance:
- •
To ensure that the finance department receive complete
and timely information and all off system and non-standard
billing is correctly accounted for.
- •
To assist in queries on client accounts and deal
with them to the satisfaction of the client and
the company.
- •
To regularly liaise with the credit control department
to assist in collection of monies and the resolution
of queries
Administration
Duties:
- •
Serves as a primary point of contact for other regions,
individuals, and customers.

• Provides administrative support for the Admin
Managers to include handling telephone communications
and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries
as appropriate.

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Practical experience of Word, Excel and Microsoft
