Our well known Distributor Head Office is looking to Recruit an exception person to be an Accounts Supervisor in the Finance department.

SALARY IS NEGIOTABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

TITLE - Systems/Network Administrator with Strong Business Bias

EXPERIENCE - Ideally a minimum of 3years IT based experience

• SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE - Windows NT4, 200, 2003 Server XP, SCO Unit, ERP, reporting writing.
• Contact MGT Software - Outlook, Goldmine.
• Bespoke business transaction software including (Accounts, Purchasing, Warehouse & Distribution) - Strategix
• Email and Internet domain administration
• Networks, Ethernet, Wireless, WPN, remote access, Cisco, Security, Telecoms
• , Hardware configuration, repair and trouble shooting.

PERSON PROFILE

• * Applicant to support the IT/Customer Services MGR
• * Applicant must possess a strong business/company bias (Not a Techie Type !) In other words someone who is used to helping businesses with IT support, and not the other way round.
• * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, energetic applicants who must be energetic and have the confidence and ability to train staff and negotiate with suppliers where necessary.
• * A natural born trouble shooter, helping colleagues with IT related problems, and the day - to day setting/configuration of PC's to network.
• * A Great Team player to work for this ever expanding company.
• *EDI Experience would be great but not essential.
