Our well known Distributor Head Office is looking to Recruit an exception person to be an Accounts Supervisor in the Finance department.

Responsibilities:

• *Daily bank reconcilliations sterling and foreign currency accounts.
• *Weekly bank reconcilliations for factoring accounts
• *Purchase ledger codeing of invoices
• *Raising cheques for purchase ledger and general ledger payments
• *Banking and posting payments to sales ledger
• *Arranging payments to suppliers overseas
• *Month end close down for sales and purchase ledgers
• *Reconciling various ledger codes
• *Intrist and EC sales reports collated and sent
• *Quarterly marine declaration for insurance
• *Posting VAT invoices for Customs and Excise and raising quarterly cheques *Handling all petty cash foreign petty cash with overseas travel
• *Analysing expenses for reps
• *Analysing expenses for co credit card holders
