Mission
. To develop new business and maintain
existing accounts in order to meet individual and
departmental targets.
Key Accountabilities
. Responsible for delivering monthly
individual targets.
. Managing and networking assigned
rental stations on a daily basis to generate new business
leads.
Key Activities New Business Development
.Generate new
business by telephone using Gazing Principle sales
methodology
. Establish relationships with rental
locations to generate leads and support local initiatives
. Working on own initiative to pro-actively
generate business leads 50%Account Management
. To maximize account retention by
managing a portfolio of customers by telephone using
Gazing Principle
. Ensuring this firm are their sole
supplier and achieving penetration of other services
and promotions 40%Telemarketing System
. Using TMS to manage new leads and
existing accounts . Accurately inputting data into
TMS for mailing and reporting purposes 5%Lead Tracker
. Updating lead tracker on a daily
basis, maintaining quality and accuracy 5%Minimum
Standards of Performance
. Achieve 100% of revenue targets
. To achieve 60+ customer contacts
per day
. To achieve 80% or more in quality
call review
. To achieve 85% account retention
